IT Intern

Position Overview:

As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our lead technician, learn about the intricacies of computer repair, and develop valuable skills in customer service and IT support. This is a part-time, as-needed position that offers real-world experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cleaning and organizing the shop to maintain a professional workspace.
• Shadow the lead technician to learn about computer repair processes and troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and assisting with their needs.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and enhance shop operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in computers, technology, and IT.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software is a plus but not required.
• Must be 16 years or older, and able to drive on their own.
• Looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
